Transportation (Bus) Fees
Bus Fee Determination - All students in grades 7-12, and those living
within 2-miles of school in grades K-6 are not required to receive bus
services to/from school per Massachusetts State Law. Norton Public
Schools will continue to provide this service. However, due to
budgetary needs, we will begin charging a fee starting with the 2006-2007
school year for those riders.
Below is a listing of all addresses that are within
2-miles of each K-6 respective school which do not qualify for free
transportation, and will be charged a $250 bus fee ($500 family cap), as
will all students in grades 7-12 who ride the bus.
Payment by August 1st is required
to guarantee your child bus services for the coming year.
